  Took my $300 four weeks ago, said my ring would be ready on 21st. Called today and was told they lost it or cant locate it and neglected to call me. Sooo... Yet again was told they'd get back to me... Yet again I don't have my product and was told a refund wound be "complicated" what the heck you guys this is what you do how are you so bad at it? SMH never again. Don't buy here if you don't want to wait 2+ months.

  Do not buy from zales they have terrible return service they take ur money sale u some real cheap jewels and when u go to return the cheap stuff they come up with all these rules it takes up to 3weeks before u can receive u money back.
