  Jared & team helped us w/ a Corian counter and sink (Aug. 09) as it was the one surface type our builder didn't offer. Job was done on time, as designed and on budget. Only challenge we had was obtaining the extra pieces for repairs from the sub and once we let Jared know it was rectified quickly. We have invited them to build on a crown moulding project now.

  After trying Home Depot and Lowes (to no avail) I called Waters and Woods in search of help with a kitchen cabinet problem I was having. Jared, the sales manager, answered the call and bent over backwards helping me out. He offered me his personal cell # so I could text him pictures of the problem. He looked up and emailed me info. and even followed up with me until I had resolved my issue. Keep in mind, there was no sale on the line for him. This was a cold call, out of the blue, that he handled with professionalism and care. I was very impressed and would certainly do business there in the future.
