  RUDE LADY NAME TAMI!!!! I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 5 yrs now and had no problem till today. I refilled a prescription on Wednesday on there automated system. Then I called again on there automated on Friday morning to see if the prescription was ready. But the automated said that they need to talk to me. So I went to the pharmacy, and told the lady at the counter that the automated said that they needed to talk to me. She told me to go to the drop off so I did. (And this is where that RUDE TAMI came in.) So TAMI was at the drop off and told her what the automated said. She looked in the computer and she said that the prescription number was changed thats why it was saying that and they had to request a refill from the doctor. ( In my head: REALLY!? My refill is good for 6 refills and this was my 4th one and on the empty bottle I have saids 2 more refills.) So, all I said to Tami was “That’s weird?” And then she said, “But your prescription is ready” So I went back to the lady at the counter and got my prescription and when she gave it to me I looked at the bottle cause I thought it was odd giving me a new prescription number when I refilled this 4X already and had 2 more left. So when I looked at it the number was still the same and Tami happen to walk by and I showed her the bottle and said: Me: Are you talking about this number that changed? TAMI: Yes Me: The number is still the same. (And this is where her rude self said while walking away and not even looking at me) TAMI: THERE’S NOTHING I CAN HELP YOU WITH WHY IT’S LIKE THAT” Me in my head: Really!! What a rude B***! She knew she was wrong and told me a BS that the prescription number changed and that they had to get a new prescription from my doctor. ALL WAS A LIE THAT’S WHY SHE COCKED AN ADDITUDE LIKE THAT AND COULDN’T ADMIT SHE WAS WRONG!” Is that how she treat’s there customers? All the other staff did a awesome job for the 5 years I been going there. But TAMI has to ruin it all for them....
