  Extremely rude/clueless staff (eventually we were able to talk to the manager on duty. She was OK as she gave me emails to contact further about the incident): My friends car was here for a few hours - after being a paying customer - and was towed without proper signage anywhere in site/near the parking spot indicating those spots were a spot you could get towed from. When we asked the staff, they said "I don't know where it went". And that was it...completely useless. Go ask your manager! Learn how to work with people & communicate well. Not sure if they were on base by towing my friends car - I would argue that they 100% were not, but regardless they were completely terrible in trying to figure out what happened. Wouldn't ever use this shell. Please go buy your over priced gas somewhere else.
