  Can i give it zero stars? Just a hint: when a customer calls in to ask if you carry a type of liquor and your employee answers 1. impatiently and 2. "I don't have time to go looking for something if you aren't down here in the store", chances are that person on the phone will never step foot in your store and will advise all friends to avoid you as well. Why would someone show up to be treated rudely in person, when they can just call the liquor store up the road from yours and get real customer service. Why even answer your phone, if you seriously have enough foot traffic coming in to keep your business afloat?
