  Since 1968 I have purchased carpeting from Nielsen. In the fall of 2017 I purchased my 3rd wall to wall carpet for the living room, dining and hall. I am very happy with how it looks and how it feels to walk on. Nielsen installed the carpet on the date they said they would do so and moved all of my furniture around, with the exception of my grand piano. I knew in advance I would need a piano company to move it.

  It was great sitting down with Brett to figure out a warranty claim issue. Brett took the time to explain how everything works listened to my concerns and in the end came to an agreement.

  We're very happy with our new floors. The installers were very competent and went the extra mile to make us happy when our materials order wasn't complete. Now everything is done and we couldn't be more pleased.
