  This place is amazing. My salesperson’s name is Mary and she is very helpful and understanding. Me and my boyfriend were looking around for a promise ring for me and we had found it here. Mary approached us the moment we entered and asked if we needed help looking for a certain jewelry, we kindly said that we were just looking around. A few minutes passes by and I see potiental promise rings that I liked and Mary comes again to us and asks us if I would like to try on rings. Immediately, she was interested in my ideal design and budget. With my given answers, she gave me many options to choose from that were my style and in budget. Mary went above and beyond; I loved how she didn’t pressure us into buying the most expensive thing. She listened and she pulled out more rings that weren’t even out on the display sections. I loved her customer service. She is excellent and she made my experience here very good. I would like for my potiental fiancé to return in the future for my engagement ring.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrid, and the ladies their are all rude, except Maddie. They don't care about what you're looking for or how your experience is they just want the sale and to get you out. We bought a ring and had have to had to sent out 3 times now, 2 1/2 week wait each time. They've ruined our special moment & show no concern for how upset we are. They are not honest, trustworthy or kind. I DO NOT suggest this store for anyone !!!
