  We were a little fed up with the big name security companies, had multiple issues that took days, even weeks in some cases to get a maintenance technician to come out and fix our system (what's the point of paying for security if it doesn't work??) so we decided to look at some local companies. One conversation with Home Safety Research (HSR) and we knew we had found the right place. The sales representative was so friendly, we didn't feel pressured at all which was a big change! He simply laid out our options and we decided together which would be the best choice for us. We have only had one issue in over a year of service and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Thank you HSR!
