  The clerk Jenny refused to let me turn in my winning 4$ scratch ticket. Said it was the store policy to stop cashing/exchanging scratch tickets in at 10pm. The lotto machine right in front of the register was obviously still on and she was very rude about it. I asked for corporates number, which she refused, so I then asked for her managers name/number and she refused that as well. Told me to come in at 6am to talk to her. Which for me is impossible because I have to work around that time. I will not be bringing my business back to this location unless Jenny is informed of the WA state lotto rules. And maybe learn some customer service skills as well.
